A genomic fragment containing the nucleotides 3400-4050 from the second intron of the C15 gene, with mutations in the 'M2 'and 'M5' Mad and 'Z2' zen binding clusters (some nucleotide substitutions, some nucleotide deletions), is fused upstream of a lacZ reporter.
