      Expression of Cad74AScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4br.PCR results in the dorsal appendages being replaced by thick, flattened ridges.

      Stage 11-12 egg chambers expressing Cad74AScer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP-EGFP under the control of Scer\GAL4br.PCR show defects in apical constriction. In late stage 13/14 egg chambers of this genotype, the roof cells fail to complete migration towards the anterior tip of the egg chamber.
