Description

UASp regulatory sequences drive expression of a genomic Xbp1 fragment extending from the 5' region through to 488bp downstream of the unconventional intron (this fragment includes the entire Xbp1 u open reading frame). The Xbp1 sequences are tagged in-frame at the C-terminal end with GFP.
