      Early third instar larvae expressing Rab40H25N.UAS.YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4Cg.PA display larger lipid droplets in the fat body; early third instar larvae expressing Rab40H25N.UAS.YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4ppl.PP display ectopic lipid droplets in the salivary glands.

      The expression of Rab40H25N.UAS.YFP under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PFa results in more and larger lipid droplets in retina glial and photoreceptor cells of 1-day old adults.
