Description

Dsan\t sequences orthologous to the Drosophila melanogaster t cis-regulatory element that is located in the non-coding region between Gr8a and CG15370 regulate expression of EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)). The variant of the Dsan\t cis-regulatory element used in this construct has a 212bp deletion compared to the inferred ancestral state of the element.
