      Expression of GmapI.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4unspecified in the salivary glands affects the morphology of the Golgi; in some cases, stacks are no longer visible and only single cisternae that form ring structures are present. In other cases, the cisternae are arranged as if in a stack, but the space between them is much larger than normal.
