Fas2-positive axon bundles in the ventral nerve cord are seen crossing the midline in embryos expressing GSd439GSd439 under the control of Scer\GAL4scrt-11-6. In the periphery, the ISNb, ISNd, SNa and SNc motor neurons are missing or thinned.
The "GSd439" line contains two insertions (P{GSV1}GSd439a and P{GSV1}GSd439b) and it is not known which insertion is responsible for the lethality and other phenotypes seen in combination with the Scer\GAL4scrt-11-6 driver. FlyBase curator comment: a GSd439GSd439 allele has been made to accommodate the overexpression phenotypes, until it is known which (or both) insertions cause them.
