Fas2-positive axon bundles in the ventral nerve cord are diffuse or less distinct than normal and are seen to cross the midline in embryos expressing GSd319GSd319 under the control of Scer\GAL4scrt-11-6.
The "GSd319" line contains two insertions (P{GSV1}GSd319a and P{GSV1}GSd319b) and it is not known which insertion is responsible for the lethality and other phenotypes seen in combination with the Scer\GAL4scrt-11-6 driver. FlyBase curator comment: a GSd319GSd319 allele has been made to accommodate the overexpression phenotypes, until it is known which (or both) insertions cause them.
