      Expression of LkJF01816 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 or Scer\GAL4ap-md544 (the latter in combination with a Dicer-2 transgene to enhance RNAi efficiency) in adults results in a significant reduction in the strength of circadian locomotor rhythms, compared to controls.
