Adult males expressing TyrR^JF01878 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4^TyrR-Gal4 display strong increase in male-male courtship - both toward other males of the same genotype (multiple males chase each other and form chains of courting males) and toward wild-type in single pair trials. Expression under the Scer\GAL4^GMR61A01 driver also strongly enhances male-male courtship (in single pair trials) compared to controls but the courtship toward females is not diminished.
