      Hemizygotes with Df(2R)en-B or heterozygotes with ix2 are female fertile at 18oC and display pronounced temperature-sensitive intersexuality at 25oC or 29oC. Hemizygotes with Df(2R)ix87i3 display some temperature-sensitive sterility. Heterozygotes with ix1 or ix3 are intersexual at all temperatures, but the extent of intersexuality increases with increasing temperature.
