Description

Imprecise excision of the P{EPgy2}CG13189EY11307 insertion, resulting in a deletion which removes two internal exons and the 3' most exon of MCPH1. The 5'UTR, coding region and 3' UTR of the nested CG13189 gene are intact, but some of the promoter of CG13189 is probably removed.
