        10 day old rdgAEY11543 homozygote adults raised under either dietary restriction (0.5% yeast media) or an ad libitum diet (5% yeast media) exhibit a significant increase in survival time in response to acute starvation, as compared to controls.

        rdgAEY11543 homozygote adults raised under dietary restriction (0.5% yeast media), but not those raised under an ad libitum diet (5% yeast media), exhibit higher body mass and higher triglyceride levels, as compared to controls.
