Sec61αdsRNA.Scer\UAS.NIG clones in fat bodies from well-fed early third instar larvae (generated using Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP) accumulate lysosomes, as indicated by elevated LysoTracker staining, and show redistribution of the Atg8a product into autophagosomes.
