      RFeSPdsRNA.Scer\UAS.NIG clones in fat bodies from well-fed early third instar larvae (generated using Scer\GAL4Act5C.PP) accumulate lysosomes in an unusually perinuclear concentration, as indicated by LysoTracker staining.
