The expression of Lar^KK100581 under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR.long leads to the mis-targeting of R7 axons from the medulla M6 layer to the M3 layer.

Ectopic expression of Lar^KK100581 RNAi (together with UAS-Dcr2 to enhance RNAi efficiency) under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR13F02 does not significantly alter 3 hr memory in an aversive olfactory memory assay in adults compared to controls.
