      Expression of tfcKK101456 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 does not significantly alter levels of pigmentation on either the abdominal tergite 5 or 6 but the expression under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU results in significantly decreased pigmentation on both the abdominal tergite 5 and 6 in adult females compared to controls.
