UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat.
Expressing cinKK102795 under the control of Scer\GAL4nSyb.PU severely impairs intermale aggression behavior (i.e. decreased number of lunges and wing threats), but does not affect climbing or walking abilities, as compared to controls; cinKK102795 alone (in the absence of a driver) also leads to a significant decrease in the number of wing threats, as compared to wildtype controls.
Third instar larvae expressing cinKK102795 under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR83E12 display crawling defects, namely a significant increase in head bending and significantly decreased peristalsis efficacy and frequency, as compared to controls.
