Expressing cin^KK102795 under the control of Scer\GAL4^nSyb.PU severely impairs intermale aggression behavior (i.e. decreased number of lunges and wing threats), but does not affect climbing or walking abilities, as compared to controls; cin^KK102795 alone (in the absence of a driver) also leads to a significant decrease in the number of wing threats, as compared to wildtype controls.

Third instar larvae expressing cin^KK102795 under the control of Scer\GAL4^GMR83E12 display crawling defects, namely a significant increase in head bending and significantly decreased peristalsis efficacy and frequency, as compared to controls.
