      Expressing VhaAC45RPKK106825 under the control of Scer\GAL4VGlut-OK371 (together with Dicer-2 for enhanced RNAi) leads to third instar larvae showing decreased crawling ability, namely decreased distance and increased stride duration; their neuromuscular junctions exhibit smaller boutons (fewer boutons bigger than 4um); ventral longitudinal abdominal muscles 6 exhibit decreased quantal sizes.
