      Expression of sitKK106859 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4phm.PO results in a developmental delay, incomplete pupariation and overgrowth (sitKK106859 RNAi pupae are about 50% larger than wild-type) as well as accumulation of lipid droplets in the prothoracic gland cells.
