The expression of Pfdn5KK108708 under the control of Scer\GAL4elav-C155 leads to the neuromuscular junctions of third instar larval muscles 6/7 exhibiting decreases in the number and size of terminal boutons, which present a significant decrease in microtubule loops, as compared to controls; expression under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PH leads to no obvious eye defects in adults, as compared to controls.
