Expression of ETHRKK108855 (together with UAS-Dicer2 to enhance RNAi efficiency) under the control of Scer\GAL4Lk.PM significantly reduces duration of pupal pre-ecdysis behavior stage, while expression under any of the following drivers: Scer\GAL4Pburs.PP, Scer\GAL4CCAP.PP, Scer\GAL4Mip.PM or Scer\GAL4Burs.PL significantly increases it (thus delaying the switch from pre-ecdysis to ecdysis behavior).
