Knockdown of Snx3 in the posterior of the wing by expressing Snx3KK109353 under the control of Scer\GAL4hh.PU, or by expressing Snx3KK109353 in clones using Scer\GAL4Act5C.PI, frequently results in notches and a loss of sensory bristles at the wing periphery.

Expression of Snx3KK109353 using Scer\GAL4hh.PU leads to loss of posterior wing margin tissue.
