      Expression of frmKK111582 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4pnr-MD237 does not significantly alter levels of pigmentation on either the abdominal tergite 5 or 6 but expression under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU results in significantly decreased level of pigmentation on both tergite 5 and 6 in adult females compared to controls.
