      Scer\GAL4repo-mediated expression results in a leaky blood-brain barrier in embryos. The number and positions of subperineurial glia are normal.

      Tracheal tubes of embryos expressing pasi2KK112724 via Scer\GAL4tub.PU or Scer\GAL4btl.PU do not fill with air - the tracheal barrier is compromised. Dorsal trunks are excessively elongated and convoluted.

      Septate junctions appear discontinuous and severely disorganized at the blood-brain barrier of pasi2KK112724 Scer\GAL4repo embryos. At embryonic stage 15, septate junction markers are also mislocalized in the hindgut and trachea in pasi2KK112724 Scer\GAL4tub.PU animals.
