UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of an inverted repeat.
Expression of Jon66CiKK113078 under the control of Scer\GAL4esg.PU promotes the survival ability and leads to a decrease in the feeding rate of larvae in response to axenic Steinernema nematode infection when compared to controls. It also leads to an increase in the number of gut cells undergoing mitosis and the number of enteroendocrine cells when compared to control larvae.
