      Overexpression of RYBPΔZF.Scer\UAS in the third instar wing disc using Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 does not induce apoptotic cell death.

      Expression of RYBPΔZF.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4sd-SG29.1 results in transformation of the wing towards haltere (haltere-like trichomes are seen in the wing). The halteres are small in size and are covered in wing-like trichomes.

      Flies expressing RYBPΔZF.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4Ubx-lac1-Gal4 have a small sized haltere covered with wing-like trichomes.
