Cytology
Description

An FRT flanked STOP cassette separates pim promoter sequences from a mutated pim ORF and 3'UTR, so preventing it from driving expression. The destruction box has been mutated from KKPLGNLDN to AKPAGNLDA and the KEN motif found near the N-terminal end of the coding sequence has been mutated to AAA. The coding sequence is tagged with Tag:MYC.
