FLPase mobilisation of P{XP}d04472 (inserted 21bp upstream of the ari-1 transcription start site) and PBac{WH}Frq2f06131 (located in the first intron of Frq2 completely removes the Frq1 gene locus and part of the ari-1 5'UTR and Frq2 coding region.
