      Scer\GAL4nos.UTR.T:Hsim\VP16-dependent expression of gsktdsRNA.Scer\UAS in the germ line results in male sterility. gskt-depleted males have grossly abnormal testes morphology when compared to wild-type males. The testes of gskt-depleted males are stunted and often show a complete lack of germ cells.
