      Males depleted for Mst57Dc, through expression of Mst57DcdsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL, do not significantly differ from controls in the overall number of eggs laid.

      The fertility of females mated to Mst57DcdsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS-Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL males does not differ significantly from controls.

      Females mated to Mst57DcdsRNA.Sym.Scer\UAS-Scer\GAL4αTub84B.PL males show low receptivity to r-emating 24 hours after the initial mating.
