Comment:

An unspecified mutation in the splice acceptor site of intron 4/exon 5. For mapping, the first coding exon was counted as exon 1 and the structure of transcript nAChRalpha6-RA was used, which is consistent with the reporting of the other mutations in the study. The splice site mutation has been arbitrarily mapped by a FlyBase curator to the first base of the splice acceptor site.
