A synthetic sequence derived from the 362 bp "spa" enhancer of sv, where 12 previously defined transcription factor binding sites are present in compressed spacing, and Hsp70 minimal promoter sequences drive expression of a EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
