A mutated form of the 362 bp "spa" enhancer of sv (in which the order of the previously characterised transcription factor binding sites are scrambled) and Hsp70 minimal promoter sequences drive expression of a EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
