A mutated form of the 362 bp "spa" enhancer of sv (in which the previously characterised transcription factor binding sites are rearranged) and Hsp70 minimal promoter sequences drive expression of a EGFP tagged with a nuclear localization signal (Tag:NLS(tra)).
