Comment:

Approximate boundaries of 0.3 kb deletion resulting from the imprecise excision of P{RS3}DaxxUM-8182-3 (curator deduction from description - one of two insertions in the first intron of Daxx used for creating excisions). The deletion takes out 28 bp of exon 1 and part of intron 1.

      Mutant third instar larvae show no reduction in survival after irradiation with 2krad X rays compared to control larvae.

      The average number of eggs laid by DLPU26/DLPU26 females in a 24 hour interval is significantly less than the number laid by control females.

      The median of the lifespan of homozygous males is significantly decreased compared to that of control males.
