Description

Complex event in which sequences from a plasmid donor containing the P-element present in vg21 have been used to to repair the gap produced at vg on mobilisation of the P-element present in vg21-3. There appears to be a tandem insertion present in vg21r4, which can be explained by a P-element (from the plasmid donor containing the vg21 P-element sequences) inserting immediately upstream of the 5' end of the P-element present in vg21-3.
