      The deformed dorsal appendages of Df(2R)Dm310s mutant eggs along with their reduced hatchability as well as the decreased fertility of Df(2R)Dm310s mutant males is significantly rescued by combination with the P{UAS-Dp310s.Dpse} construct carrying a cluster of 'mir310s' from Drosophila pseudoobscura - Dpse mir-310, mir-311 and mir-312 - under UAS control and includes the Dpse\mir-312Scer\UAS.cluster.cTa allele.
