The size of the wings of flies expressing Scer\GAL4^Pen-NP6333>Rbf^{K774A.Scer\UAS} is significantly reduced compared with wild-type. Wing morphology is also abnormal.

Discs from animals expressing Scer\GAL4^Pen-NP6333>Rbf^{K774A.Scer\UAS} show perturbed tissue architecture and are significantly smaller than wild-type.

Expression of Scer\GAL4^Pen-NP6333>Rbf^{K774A.Scer\UAS} results in increased levels of apoptosis in third instal wing imaginal discs.

Expression of Rbf^{K774A.Scer\UAS} under the control of Scer\GAL4^ey.PH results in partial lethality. Surviving adults usually have a rough eye phenotype, which is usually severe or very severe (including complete loss of the eye or outgrowths in the eye).
