      Transgenic flies expressing Hsap\ARQ52.A574D.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PF show no degenerative eye phenotype even in the presence of dihydrotestosterone. Similarly, flies expressing Hsap\ARQ52.A574D.Scer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4D42 do not exhibit any larval crawling defects and expression in the salivary gland under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH does not affect salivary gland cell size.
