Expression of EGFP coding sequence is driven by a 566bp Doc1 enhancer called 'DocF4s1' where the six forkhead binding domains contain mutations in the bin binding core motif from T/CAAACA (positions 162, 265, 289, 444, 458) to T/CAGTCA and the CAAACA at position 486 to CGGCCA.
