      Expression of peaHMS00528 under the control of Scer\GAL4mat.αTub67C.T:Hsim\VP16 results in frequent arrest of egg chambers at stages 4-5, although a subset of egg chambers progress into later stages and fail to undergo nurse cell chromatin dispersal, as compared to wild type.
