      Walking and jumping behaviors are unaffected in flies expressing upHMS00743 under the control of Scer\GAL4Hk-UH3 (limited to the late stages of development using Scer\GAL80ts.αTub84B). Abnormalities are seen in the indirect flight muscle fascicles compared to the wild type and sarcomere organisation is disrupted. This becomes more severe when upHMS00743 is co-expressed with Dcr-2.
