Description

Two frame shift mutations have been introduced into the PGRP-LD coding sequence, which should disrupt both predicted PGRP-LD isoforms; a T residue has been added just after the ATG codon of the first isoform (predicted from the GH14535 cDNA), resulting in a premature TGA stop codon and a T residue has been added 12bp after the ATG of the second predicted isoform, producing a TAG stop codon.
