Expression of REGKK102083 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4ap.PU results in a significant increase in the level of cell death (detected by Casp3 antibody staining) in third instar larval wing discs compared to controls.
Expression of REGKK102083 under the control of any of the following: Scer\GAL4Bx-MS1096, Scer\GAL4ap.PU and Scer\GAL4hh.PU results in small and severely misshapen adult wings (and with a significant portion of the posterior part of the wing missing in case of the Scer\GAL4hh.PU-driven expression). Expression under the Scer\GAL4ey.PU driver leads to much reduced adult eye size.
REGKK102083, Scer\GAL4ap.PU has increased cell death | third instar larval stage phenotype, suppressible | partially by MycJF01761, Scer\GAL4ap.PU
REGKK102083, Scer\GAL4ap.PU has increased cell death | third instar larval stage phenotype, suppressible by Diap1UAS.cHa, Scer\GAL4ap.PU
REGKK102083, Scer\GAL4ap.PU has wing disc | third instar larval stage phenotype, suppressible by Diap1UAS.cHa, Scer\GAL4ap.PU
The increased level of cell death (detected by Casp3 antibody staining) observed in wing discs of third instar larvae expressing REGKK102083 RNAi under the control of Scer\GAL4ap.PU is partially or fully suppressed by co-expression of MycJF01761 RNAi or Diap1Scer\UAS.cHa, respectively.
