Description

A 4.2kb fragment containing the ProtB coding region plus 1.3kb of sequence upstream of the transcription start and 1.2kb of sequence downstream of the polyadenylation site. The coding region is tagged at the C-terminal end with the DsRed(M1) fluorescent protein.
