      Flies expressing JwaScer\UAS.anti under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU show zero tolerance to ethanol in inebriation tests.

      The recovery time of JwaScer\UAS.anti, Scer\GAL4tub.PU flies after exposure to ethanol in inebriation tests significantly longer than controls. Moreover, in contrast to controls, the recovery time after the second exposure to ethanol is not significantly shorter to that after the first exposure.

      In contrast to controls, about 20% of flies expressing JwaScer\UAS.anti under the control of Scer\GAL4tub.PU die during recovery after a second exposure to ethanol in inebriation tests
