"Pabp-GFP" expression is first detected in the germarium and it becomes enriched in the oocyte starting at stage 2. From stage 2-6, it is enriched at the posterior cortex of the oocyte, where it partially co-localizes with BicD. In stage 10, it is primarily expressed in nurse cells but shows some enrichment at the cortex of the oocyte, most prominently at the posterior cortex.
