Description

Scer\FLP1-mediated recombination between the progenitor insertions PBac{WH}cswf02923 and P{XP}ph-pd01798 has resulted in a deletion of the sequence between them. The deletion removes all of the ph-d coding region and most of the ph-p coding region (only exon 1, which encodes 12 amino acid residues, remains).

Comment:

Deletion of ph-d and most of ph-p resulting from FLP-catalyzed recombination using the FRT-containing transposons PBac{WH}cswf02923 and P{XP}ph-pd01798.
