Description

Imprecise excision of P{lacW}Ent2P124 resulting in the removal of the entire coding region of Ent2 as well as most of the 5' and 3' untranslated regions (UTRs), leaving approximately 10 bp of the 5' UTR and 60 bp of the 3' UTR. The imprecise excision does not remove any of the CG13766 gene.

Comment:

Approximate endpoints of deletion resulting from the imprecise excision of P{lacW}Ent2P124. The deletion is reported as removing all but about 10 bases of the 5'UTR and 60 bases of the 3' UTR of Ent2. It is not clear what coordinate was used as the transcription start site.
